Olynt Pay does not hold, store, or control user funds, private keys, or wallets. All transactions are executed directly on public blockchains via user-controlled wallets.

2. User Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for your wallet security and private keys
• Blockchain transactions are irreversible
• You are responsible for verifying payment details before confirming transactions

3. No Financial Advice

Olynt Pay does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.

4. Beta Disclaimer

Olynt Pay is provided in beta and on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of Liability

Olynt Pay shall not be liable for losses arising from user error, blockchain failures, smart contract behavior, or third-party services.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States.
